Agreement

By engaging my services, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all digital marketing services provided by Marketing By Omar.

Services

I provide digital marketing services including:

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Google Ads Management
• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Social Media Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Website Design
• Content Creation

Specific services will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Payments

Payment terms for my services:

• 50% advance payment before work begins
• 50% upon project completion
• Monthly retainers billed in advance
• All payments in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Late payments may incur charges

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide necessary access to platforms
• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Share accurate business information
• Make timely payments as agreed

Results & Guarantees

I commit to using industry best practices and transparent reporting.

Intellectual Property

• You own content you provide to me
• Upon full payment, you own the deliverables
• I retain the right to showcase work in my portfolio
• You're responsible for third-party licenses

Confidentiality

I respect your privacy. All business information shared will be kept confidential and used only for providing services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• You pay for completed work
• I provide all completed materials
• Access to accounts will be revoked

Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the service fees paid. I'm not liable for indirect damages or specific business outcomes.
